At iElectrica, we know that once you purchase that new big screen television or any other product you want to start using it right away. This is why we do our best to ship or deliver the product as soon as possible. Online orders usually ship out within 24 hours; but may on occasion take 1 – 2 business days (unless otherwise notated on the product page). Even though the order may ship immediately, it may take 24 – 48 hours before tracking info is available with the carrier.
Products are either shipped via Fedex or a Freight carrier depending on the size of the purchase. After your product has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email indicating the carrier for your product and Tracking number. If you purchase multiple products, these may be shipped on different days via different carriers and you will receive multiple emails.
Not only do we provide prompt shipping and delivery, it is usually at no or minimal cost to you. Most of our products online are free shipping, unless otherwise indicated.
For online purchases our standard shipping is “curbside.” For an additional fee, you can purchase “white glove” delivery, which includes delivery into your home, un-packaging and plugging into an electrical outlet. Please note: White Glove delivery does NOT include assembly, placing on stand, mounting, or any other form of installation. White Glove delivery allows you to inspect the TV for damage and defects, and allows you to ensure that your TV has arrived in good working condition.
As you can imagine shipping a TV can be very delicate. We have partnered with delivery companies that specialize in delivering televisions to ensure your product arrives safely. That being said, there are still very rare occasions when the television may be damaged during transit.
**Please note** You must retain all manufacturer packaging until such a time as you are satisfied that the items delivered and is in complete working condition, and there is no damage to them. Manufacturer packaging is a MUST regarding claims of damaged merchandise. If you do not retain the packaging, there is no way to file a claim. The result of that is we are unable to send a replacement, nor will we be able to refund the cost of the item.
**Please note** Once the order ships, it will NOT be available for re-routes or for pick-ups from the shipper's facility/hub. All packages will be delivered directly to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
